One more question. I am not a schedulable user as I am not a service technician and will never be doing work orders per say but as the administrator of this program and the person that creates, edits, and schedules everything in this program shouldn't I be give the rights to create schedule markers or a calendar for me? I would like to be able to set up reminders for me to create work orders or PM's for our company however it seems that since I am not a scheduleable user I can not do this, is that correct? If I can't this would be something that would be a great benefit for an administrator.

Only schedulable users can be scheduled or use Schedule Markers. If you require assigning Schedule Markers to yourself, do purchase an additional schedulable user license via http://www.ayanova.com/purchase.htm
