| Hi Do you mean like for example, that the Workorder Item Summary field, Service Notes field, Project field require that a user enter or select? If so, no. This would restrict use for many AyaNova users if so many fields are required. At this time, only specific fields in certain entry screens are required - such as Client Name in the Client entry screen, Serial Number in the Unit entry screen, etc. I believe we do have in the Wish List section a suggestion that the AyaNova Administrator be able to set what fields are required - i.e. a user can not save a new workorder unless certain fields have text entered or a selection selected. This would require re-development of a large portion of the AyaNova program, but it is a feature that we will look into in a future release. I will have this topic moved to the Wish List section. - Joyce
