If a client has logged into WBI, and when selects a workorder number so that they can view the details of that workorder, but instead gets the following error:
Database error - unable to fetch record: Report ID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 at GZTW.AyaNova.BLL.DBUtil.ThrowFetchError(String ExtraInfo) at GZTW.AyaNova.BLL.Report.DataPortal_Fetch(Object Criteria)
Select the report template that clients use to view workorders as per the step, and than retry.
Clients via the details of a workorder via a report - thereby giving you, the company using AyaNova, complete control over what the client does and does not see from the workorder.
