Does one have the capability to alter what is put into the memo field of an invoice when imported from QBI or are you only able to uncheck the option to populate it?

No - QBI v3.3.0 has the option under Preferences to either or not to have the memo field set with the workorder number and the name of the AyaNova user that generated the invoice. It is a default what is entered in the memo field - which is the workorder number and the name of the user that ran QBI to generate the invoice. It is not editable.
If there is a feature you would like to see in a future version of QBI, do post in the Wish List section of this forum - do provide details and example fo information etc - the more information you provide the better development can understand the need for the feature.
