If receive error opening a report template... Expand / Collapse

Example of what occurs:

1. Your AyaNova program connects to the AyaNova database using the Data Portal connection

2. You attempt to print a Detailed Workorder with Grand Total report template (or other report that is made with multiple tables "detailed report template")

3. You receive the following error:

Could not load file or assembly 'DevExpress.Data.v6.3, Version=6.3.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=79868b8147b5eae4' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

4. This error is occurring because the DevExpress.Data.v6.3.dll file in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\AyaNovaDP\bin directory is version 6.3.1 (right-click on the file, select Properties, select Version tab)

5. To fix this, copy the DevExpress.Data.v6.3.dll file from your AyaNova program directory (that has AyaNova v3.3.3.0 program files in it) that has the version 6.3.2 and overwrite the file in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\AyaNovaDP\bin folder.

6. Now via your Data Portal connection, select to print the Detailed Workorder with Grand Total report template - it will now work.

NOTE: the AyaNovaDP installation file made available January 18 2007 11:00AM PST will now have the correct printing component version file installed
