| We found a product and wrote a SQL addin to place Tech appointments onto our Outlook 2003 calendars and they also sync with ActiveSync to our Smartphones and PDA's!!! Shows Workorder Item status (Open or Closed), WO#, Tech, and summary. Works great. Private Message me via this forum with your email address if interested!
