At this time, if the user has rights to access the grid or screen from where the menu Print is available from, then the user can access all report templates for that grid / screen.
There is not a feature at this time to restrict report templates to specific security groups. It is an interesting idea, and I will move this to the Wish List section of this forum for development to review for a future feature.
