For the benefit of all AyaNova users, I wanted to post here what another AyaNova user did in the situation where SQL Express was already installed on the server, and the IT Admin did not know what the sa password for SQL Express was.
During the attempt to transfer the database using the ToMSSQL utility, the "sa" account would not authenticate due to an unknown sa password
The user downloaded the SQL Server Management Studio Express from Microsoft and changed authentication methods to Windows Authentication
Then they changed the sa account password
Then they changed authentication the method back to SQL and Windows and proceeded with the install.
