I am trying to add a technician and when I do this I get a message that reads "Those Initials Already in Use". I only have myself added and the name and initials are completely different??

In addition to any users that you may create, there is the manager account with the initials MA.

Is this second user that you are attempting to add have the same initials as the manager account?

No. Ihave initials MAC only right now besides MA. I am trying to add RAD
