| There has been an issue with this forum in being able to receive attachments if sent via private message for the last week and a half. Unfortunately, the makers of this forum software response time to issues with their forum software is extremely slow, so there has been a major delay while we work with them to get this fixed. We ask that if you have any attachments that are private, that you send via direct email to support@ayanova.com - if in relation to a specific forum topic, do include the URL link to the topic when sending. Thank you

| Finally determined what the issue is with attachments sent via private messages with this forum. When sending an attachment via a private message through this forum, do NOT checkmark the "add a copy of this message to my sent items folder". Otherwise, what will happen is the receiver of the message will get an error trying to open the attachment. This is now a known bug with this forum software, and the developers have assured me it will be fixed in a maintenance update at some time in the future.
