NOTE: Printing from workorder entry screen... Expand / Collapse

Error "Operation can not be completed. Workorder is not saved or has broken rules" will occur via WBI if the following:

1. Logged in via WBI

2. Attempting to print preview any report from a workorder entry screen without having made any changes or saved it will result in the error "Operation can not be completed. Workorder is not saved or has broken rules"

3. At this time, if you select the menu Save before attempting to print, you will NOT receive this error.

Do note that issue above will continue to occur in WBI 3.6.0.0 if the workorder was created via the AyaNova program, or the workorder was created before the 3.6.0.0 update.

If the workorder is saved at least once via WBI (whether new workorder or an existing) than able to print upon first opening without having to first select Save.

At this time, if you encounter this issue, select the Save menu option first before printing. Once the workorder has been saved at least once via WBI 3.6 or higher, this isue won't occur for that particular workorder.

This is due to an issue with the web components themselves.
