| Would like to see the Workorder Summary screen have the same "functionality" (expands and word wraps) as the Service Notes fields when inputting data. It does display this on the Scheduled users screen this way. We use the workorder summary for entering a number of important details about the equipment such as "Unit does not power up, motherboard DC adapter jack is missing center pin, display hinges are cracked, no AC adapter provided, etc." When checking in a piece of equipment or entering Workorder instructions, the current single-line horizontal scrolling view, although great for entering in a lot of important details, tends to make it difficult to see typos and omissions.
