| [FORUM EDIT: THIS IS NOW A FEATURE OF AYANOVA 4] We have localized the Unit Description-field to reflect the equipment location, e.g. Production Department - 2nd floor. The problem we encountered is the Description-field is not available as one of the selectable column choices, and therefore we are unable to see the Description-field in the Units Grid. Please add this field as a column to the Units Grid. Thank you, Bob

| Hi Bob A suggestion would be to create a custom field that is already available from the Units grid - name it Equipment Location, and enter each units equipment location in that custom field so that this custom field is viewable from the Units grid? Do note that as a text field, the custom field is not sortable in a grid, but you can create a report template that dispalys grouped by the custom field. - Joyce
