WBI new features:

•  MRU List accessible from WBI screen
•  WBI entry screens and grids displaying new contact information fields for client, head office and vendor.
•  ability to use workorder templates, quote templates, or PM templates when creating new
•  new Follow Up feature available via WBI in workorder entry screen
•  apparent hyperlinks removed where do not actually hyperlink to an object
•  abiility to view each part's inventory information (On Hand, On Order, etc)
•  ability to view Contract's information (discount, notes and rates applied)
•  ability to view Rates' information
•  ability AyaNova Administrator editable field for display in the Customer Service Request form
•  client can now click directly on workorder # from Customer Service Request grid to open that workorder via the report template set by the AyaNova Administrator
•  Labor tab area in workorder entry screen displays Banked Service balance on opening workorder
•  Unit tab area in workorder entry screen displays additional display fields added as to Unit display in workorder in AyaNova 4 program
