If using WBI 4, and a report template uses a richText field, do the following to prevent an error when attempting to print preview the report via WBI 4:- Go to your AyaNova 4 program folder on your IIS server (C:\Program Files\Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc\AyaNova)
- Copy the file called DevExpress.XtraRichTextEdit.v7.3.dll
- Move to bin folder of AyaNovaWBI installation on the C:\ (this usually is C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\AyaNovaWBI\bin )
- Paste the file into the bin folder
- Stop and restart IIS
- COnfirm can now print out report template that is using Rich Text via WBI 4
