How can I view/access client/workorder history without using the workorder screen? I would like to be able to access the workorder history for each client if needed. I don't want a report but a 'clickable' interface. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jody

To view all records of service for a client, you do need to use the grids whether you use the List All Workorders option or you filter columns directly by yourself.

See the AyaNova Help file How To section http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova4webHelp/use_the_list_all_workorders_mo.htm for an overview of using the List All Workorders feature or filtering the grid yourself.

Doing either results in all records for that client or that unit displaying in the applicable grid. You can than open individaul workorder entry screen you want to see more data about, or run a report to display the data in a report.
