I need a way to track the actual time between status changes. Such as when we receive a computer to repair, the status is "Received". Then when we are working on it the status is "On Bench". Then when we are completed the status is "Complete". We just need a way to track the actual time between the changed statuses. In playing around with Ayanova I couldn't find much to help me achieve this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Date this workorder was created from the Record History could be used for your initial received - or if workorder's are created after the fact, you could use the workorder item's Request Date
And the date the item goes on the bench could be the Labor's Service Start Date & Time
And the date that the item is completed could be taken from the Labor's Service Stop Date & Time
