| Can you change this in the default global settings anywhere? I would prefer to have a one day threshold versus the 7 day that is there without having to change it in every single PM.

I would prefer to have a one day threshold versus the 7 day that is there without having to change it in every single PM.Hi Terri When you create a PM, at that time you enter what Threshold Time Span you want. It does default to 7 days, but you can edit the PM itself - either when first creating the PM or later if you want it to be at a different threshold. - Joyce

| Correct. But do note too that you can create a Preventive Maintenance template that has the Threshold Time Span set however you want such as 1 day. And when you go to create a new PM, select the Client, and then select this PM Template and it will have the Threshold Time Span as you set it in the PM template. - Joyce
