Had an interesting email from an AyaNova user via WBI

What was occurring was on one notebook, when logging in via any AyaNova username through WBI, not all of the report templates would show for selection.

After troubleshooting to ensure was connecting to the exact same WBI URL as other computers, and than determining what was different about this partiular notebook from others, determined this notebook was using a internet security program called Zone Alarm.

When he disabled Zone Alarm and logged into WBI, all report templates showed.

On further troubleshooting he found that the Popup/Popunder Ads permission was set to block by default and this aspect of Zone Alarm was causing the issue.

We wanted to post this here for any other users using Zone Alarm
