| This is not a feature at this time. Question development would have would be what field would the Notes text be "copied" to in the workorder entry screen? Would it be copied to the Service Notes field of the workorder item, or another field? A suggestion that you may find easier and allows you to track your actual support whether billed out or not is if you are providing phone support to a client, and documenting that while you are doing so, is to right-click on the Clients name in a grid (for example, the Clients grid) and select "Workorder". This will automatically open a new service workorder with that client selected (bypassing the client selection when creating a new service workorder from the Service Workorders grid), and auto-opens to the Labor sub-screen so you can enter these details within the Service Details while you have the client on the phone. And if you also want to track the start and stop time of the phone support (whether you charge for it or not) refer to the TimeSaving Tips sub-section in the beta documentation "Using the Current Time & Date feature in a service workorder as a timer" on page 451 to enter the phone support start time when you start it, and when you are finished the call. The Current Date & Time feature is also outined in the "Service Workorders" section in the beta documentation.

| It would be great if we could specify what level of user could see the client notes as well, as sometimes not all users should be able to see all notes.
