I have another question regarding the loaner items. Several of our client’s loan items and sometimes these client’s decide to purchase these items after awhile. Is it possible to define a part as a loaner item in order loan a part out of the inventory and than sell it later (without creating this part twice –once in inventory and once in loans) ?

Thanks

A Loan Item and a Part are two separate business objects. And as separate business objects, are utilized in different ways in AyaNova v3. A Loan Item can be selected within a service workorder item in the Loans sub-screen. A Part can be selected within a service workorder items Parts sub-screen.

A Part can not be converted into a Loan Item at this time.

I will move this for you into the Wish List forum for the developers to review for possible inclusion in future releases.
