In the event of database corruption, hardware failure, fire, theft or disaster a backup of your data will enable you to get up and running again quickly.

The AyaNova v3 Manual Technical section and the AyaNova 4 Help contains additional detailed information on backing up and restoring data

How to backup if running the default installed AyaNova v3 (single computer with no additional configuration other than install)

  1. Make sure the AyaNova v3 program is not running
  2. Backup the AYANOVA.FDB file to a device

How to backup if using network configuration (network Firebird or SQL)

  1. Please refer to the AyaNova v3 Manual for detailed information.
