Can you send a copy of the exported template file ayr file to support@ayanova.com for us to reproduce

Identify which navigation pane grid the report template was created in.

Identify if used a New Summary Report Template or a New Detailed Summary Report Template or if customized an existing sample report template (provide the name of the sample report template)

We will attempt to reproduce and determine what is occurring.
