It would be nice to be able to print a semi detailed receipt for a customer that has left equipment for repair or if a technician is removing a piece of equipment from the customer's office to be brought back to the shop for repair. Just basic details would be necessary: customer name, workorder number, item description and serial number, reported problem, customer signature authorizing removal of the item.

Hi

In addition to the sample custom report templates that come with AyaNova v3, we are also posting additional report templates within the forum Additional AyaNova v3 Report Templates

We also encourage posting of ideas for report templates that may not presently come standard in AyaNova v3 or be available in the Additional AyaNova v3 Report Templates forum that yourself and other AyaNova users will find useful.

Do note that all report templates can be customized to your exact needs, and addiitonal report templates created using the internal report designer.
