Unable to add a new Project Expand / Collapse

Please ensure you are following the exact steps of how to enter a new project:

1. Select the blue hyperlink Project: when in a workorder, or go through the menu steps Options -> Edit -> Projects to open the Edit / Add Projects screen

2. Click on the Add button so you can create a new project by entering the project name, and the project information:

3. Click on SAVE which will bring you back to the original Edit / Add Projects screen.

What is happening is that you are attempting to edit when there are no projects yet created.
