It would be highly recommended that you review the AyaNova Manual sections "Quick Workorders" starting on page 20 and "Standard Workorders" starting on page 40 for a complete overview of the workorder process.
Workorders are created via selecting the New quick workorder or New standard workorder at the bottom of the Main Workorder List Screen - the first screen that appears when AyaNova starts.
If a workorder is not yet finished, but you need to create another, you would close it by clicking on the Close this screen menu option within the workorder itself, which would bring you back to the Main Workorder List View or whatever main screen you were in last.
