| In AyaNova CE this hyperlink to the customer's 'Units' was an excellent time saving feature. I would like to see a Jump Button that either performs this same function added to the Client Record. If that isn't possible in the new programming structure, the next best thing would be a Jump Button that pops-up the 'Unit's grid filtered only to the 'open' Client Record's units. Thanks, Bob [AyaNova Support Tech note] The Units grid allows for easy filter by the Client that "owns" the unit. And to view a unit service history, view the Items grid in the Service navigation pane, and filter to display only the records for a specific unit (filter the Serial Number column).
