With Banked Sample Detailed Service Workorder with Grand Total

This report is based on the existing Sample Detailed Service Workorder with Grand Total, except that Labor identifies which service has been banked, and does not total banked along with nonbanked into the Grand Total.

This involved editing existing scripts that were set for the Labor band label fields, instead used scripts in the bands themselves that in escense, if banked total up into a banked amount, and if not banked,than total up to the grand total.
