Hi

Good to hear

I will also post here the fix if another AyaNova user experiences this.

The message you are receiving is because the AyaNovaQBI.exe.config file has not been created as directed in step #4 in the QBI v3 Manual http://www.ayanova.com/QBIwebHELP/installationdatabaseconfiguration.htm

This also can be found in the topic http://forum.ayanova.com/Topic1620-94-1.aspx

This same message can occur if any AyaNova related program has not had its config file created. For example, if you had installed the ImportClientCSV program and not created the ImportClientCSV.exe.config file; or if had installed the Event Generator and not created the Generator.exe.config file.
