| Presently there are only two methods of delivering service offered in a workorder; on-site or off-site (shop.) In our business we also deliver service via the telephone and via remote-connection. I would like to see the On-Site checkbox changed from a checkbox to a drop-down window that would allow us to be able to choose alternative delivery methods. If this is not possible then it would also be beneficial to have two fields added for this purpose. Thanks, Bob

| Hi Do use the Workorder Category drop down selection. For example, you may have Workorder Categories such as Telephone Support, Remote Connection Support, On-Site Support, etc. - Joyce

| In the program’s design someone had thought to include a delivery method (the On-Site checkbox.) We feel if this area was expanded to a drop-down selection for more delivery methods there would be no need to add the delivery method to Categories, thus simplifying selection and reporting.
