| Hi Joyce, I appreciate the suggestion you made in the Wish List forum but we tried setting up the Categories that way and discovered we ended up with four times more Workorder Categories, creating a rather lengthy drop-down list to scroll through. Using your suggested method, instead of having a single category named Networking, we have to create additional Networking Categories either prefixed or suffixed with the method of delivery, e.g., Telephone Support - Networking, Remote-Connection Support – Networking, On-Site- Networking, etc. We presently have fifteen major Workorder Categories. If we add the delivery method to each category we will end up with a drop-down list of sixty Workorder Categories. In the program’s design someone had thought to include a delivery method (the On-Site checkbox.) We feel if this area was expanded there would be no need to add the delivery method to Categories, thus simplifying selection and reporting. Thanks for your time, Bob
