| I have WBI up and running and need to know how I can have the system alert me when a client posts a service request. I am running Generator. Will this suffice? If not, can we determine alerts for emergency service only? Thanks, Steve Guthrie

| Hi Steve Excellent feature idea! We had already planned to include the ability to select New Client Service Requests as a selectable Notification Subscription in the next maintenance update. For existing users, this will be just a quickfix update - replacement of one or two files. At this time, to check for new client service requests does require checking the Client Service Requests grid itself. - Joyce

| Hi again Just wanted to let you know that being able to subscribe to be notfied when a client makes a new service request will definitely be a new feature in the next maintenance update - 3.3.1 - we're waiting on some additonal updates from components before we release the next maintenance update so it won't be released as soon as we were expecting. We will notifiy registered email addresses by direct email when the next maintenance update is made available. - Joyce

| Hi again Client service notification is now a feature of the latest version of AyaNova and WBI v3.3.3.0 Please refer to the Known Issues & Updates section of this forum for the steps to update to the latest version of AyaNova. - Joyce
