| I have gone through the manual and read the section on page 70 regarding using the service start date and time. What I really need is for the date/time to NOT be automatically filled in. When I click on the labour item and then click on the Service Start Date & Time field, the current time/date gets filled in automatically. Generally I fill in all my work orders at night for the day past so I have to delete everything and type it in. Can it be set to NOT automatically get filled in so that I can simply type in the date and time?

| It appears when I replied late last night, that when I meant to clear out what you had wrote that I was referring to when I was replying, I instead cleared out my reply. Here is the info again: The Labor start and stop date and time pre-filled in is a time saving feature that many AyaNova users use. Whereas the Scheduled Users start date and time are not pre-filled in because many AyaNova users may not know the exact start and stop date and time when scheduling. There is not a setting whereby you can turn off having the Labor date and time pre-filled in. I can certainly move this to the Wish List section of this forum for development to look into seeing if it can be added as a setting perhaps in Global Settings, in a future feature. - Joyce
