We currently are running Ayanova on a Firebird database (network config) and I want to move it to a new Server and switch to SQL.  What is the best procedure to do this?

Hi

You would follow the steps in the AyaNova v3 Manual section "Installation of AyaNova Using SQL Server Database Engine" starting page 565 (or follow the steps starting page 557 if you meant SQL Express).

Step #2 refers to the installation of the AyaNova program - as you have already done this, just proceed to Step #3 and onwards.

The AyaNova v3 Manual is available for download from http://www.ayanova.com/download.htm

If you have a question on any of the SQL steps, do let me know. Do include information fro mthe steps to date (for example, if a question on Step #4, include a copy of hte AyaNova.exe.config file, and the SQL Server name, etc)
