This report template is suggested for those that did not enter the bank service amounts on the day the actually applied to.
For example, in the first screen shot below, an addition of 5 hours was actually entered on Feb 17 2007, but the amount was for the actual effective date of December 20 2005.
Therefore the Hours Balance as shown by the grid isn't in keeping with the effective date.
To print out a report that shows hour balance based on the effective date, you must first sort the Bank Service grid by the Effective Date with the first effective date listed first - this is important or else the hours balance will not display correctly.
