| Hi, in Ayanova CE you could for each pre-defined Work required detailed / itemized task you could autmatically put in text for the detailed description for technician field. In the latest version of Ayanova is it possible for each pre-defined version of Work order type, get Ayanova to automatically put text in the associated service notes section. For instance if I select Work Order Type xxx then the service notes will automatically contain pre-defined text for work order type xxx Regards, Martin

| Hi Martin In AyaNova v3, we have expanded the Tasks feature of AyaNova CE - whereas before in AyaNova CE you could only select one task and doing so would wipe out any previously entered text; in AyaNova v3 a task group is made up of as many tasks as you need, and you can have as many task groups as you need. In AyaNova v3, you pre-enter tasks, select them for specific Task Groups, and select the Task Group in the Tasks sub-screen of the workorder which will than display the pre-entered tasks so they can for example, print out on the Sample Dispatching Report along with whether Completed or To Do. AyaNova v3 does not have a feature whereby it is possible for each pre-defined version of Work order type, get Ayanova to automatically put text in the associated service notes section - that is what the Tasks feature does. For details on the tasks feature, review the section "Task Groups & Tasks" starting page 537 in the latest revision of the AyaNova v3 Manual, and the section "Tasks" starting page 147 in the "Service Workorder" section of the manual. - Joyce
