[NOTE: This issue will no longer occur with AyaNova 4 due to the new and simplified installation]

Tried to start the ImportClientCSV.exe  file and got the following error.
Please advise.

Hi Angela

As outlined in the following forum topics, such a message can occur if you are not running the same versions of AyaNova programs.

Do note also on the Download web page from where the ImportCLientCSV installation file was downloaded, it does state that AyaNova v3.5.0.0 is required to be installed before installing any of those import utilities.

You need to update to the latest version of AyaNova - refer to the forum area http://forum.ayanova.com/Forum96-1.aspx and review as which steps you take depends on what your present version of AyaNova is, and whether you are have the stand-alone default installation, or are using a network configuration.

If you are using the latest version of AyaNova on this computer where you installed the ImportClientCSV, than confirm that you installed the ImportClientCSV to the same directory where the AyaNova v3.5.0.0 program files are located.

If you are not sure where the AyaNova program files are located on this computer, log into AyaNova on this computer, select menu Help -> About AyaNova -> in the text it will identify Current Directory: - that is where your AyaNova 3.5.0.0 is installed to and is the exact same path where you must install any of hte Import utilities

Hi again Angela

Which of the above resolved the issue - either you were attempting to use an older version of AyaNova with the latest version ImportClientCSV, or you had not installed ImportClientCSV 3.5.0.0 to the AyaNova 3.5.0.0 program directory.

Do post back for the benefit of other AyaNova users in the event they receive a similar message, so they can use this topic to quickly obtain the solution.
