| PTI does not find anything as billable if a WO only has a loan item and amount. Duplicate by creating a WO, add loan item, set rate, return, etc. Mark Service Completed and Waiting to be Invoiced. PTI is unable to find anything to invoice and is unable to fix the problem.

| Hi Chris Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will have development look into why PTI shows NothingToInvoice for a workorder that only has a loan item to bill out for a maintainance update. At this time, if you only have a loan item on a service workorder, and no service or parts, bill out the workorder manually via PTI; or include a billable item in the service workorder so that PTI will invoice it out. - Joyce
