[NOTE: Issue is now addressed in latest AyaNova 4.1]

When connecting to an AyaNova database via a Data Portal connection, if you attempt to open or view an existing workorder, quote, preventive maintenance, or client service request, the following error will occur:

Type 'GZTW.AyaNova.BLL.TypeAndID' in Assembly 'GZTW.AyaNova.BLL, Version=4.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=df66a8d8e49833d3' is not marked as serializable.

If you need to use the Data Portal connection before the next official released version that will address this, contact AyaNova Support at support@ayanova.com providing details of the issue you are receiving, and that you would like to get the "private build" that addresses this issue.

Do identify if you also need WBI installation file if licensed for WBI
