User received the following error when attempting to run WBI for the first time on server after installing:
Server Error in '/AyaNovaWBI' Application. The file '/ayanovawbi/login.aspx' has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: The file '/ayanovawbi/login.aspx' has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested.
User re-installed IIS from scratch, and than ran the aspnet_regiis.exe -i to repair the links between IIS and .NET
