The above was posted, but you did not include any details on what exactly you are experiencing?

Do provide details such as:

what version of AyaNova and WBI is in use
what is your configuration of AyaNova - network Firebird, SQL Express 2005, SQL Express 2008, etc
Is WBI installed on the same computer where the AyaNova database is
what exactly it is in WBI that you are attempting to do and what the result is in WBI
if an error in WBI, the full text of the error message
can you recreate the issue everytime with the exact same object (i.e. same workorder, same client, etc)
if you log in as another AyaNova user, can you recreate the exact same issue with the exact same steps
if you log in at the WBI server itself, can you recreate the exact same issue with the exact same steps
if you perform the exact same steps in the AyaNova program, does an issue occur
has this just started happening - have you performed these steps before and it worked fine, but now not? If so, what has changed between then and now?

Above is just some possible details you should provide.
