I am not sure exactly what you  mean by "assign unlimited pricing to items based on customer" so I have listed below some feature facts about parts with AyaNova

A part has a set retail Price and a set Cost - see the Part entry screen at http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova5webHelp/part_entry_screen.htm

You can, based on the customer, assign the customer to a specific contract where you can preset a part discount % that will always be applied to any parts selected in a workorder for that client.
