Is there any way to get a client creation date listed on the grid or would that only be available with a direct SQL query? If not I think a new field for the customer "Customer Since" would be a very useful thing as it is often needed. Making it a default of the date the Client is added but also make it editable would probably be the easiest feature to add.

The end user can not add new columns to grids unless they are already coded in by development. Custom fields for the client entry screen are not displayable in the Client grid. They are accessible via a Detailed report template from the Client's grid though.
Can certainly move this to the Wish List for development to look at the implications for a possible future version.
