An issue has been brought to our attention of the following:

If the Client name, or a Schedule Marker name or Workorder Item Status has an "&" ampersand symbol, the MBI page will result in an error such as

XML parsing failed: syntax error

or

xmlParseEntityRef

or

This page contains the following errors:

If you check for example the Schedule for the logged in tech for the date trying to view, will see that either the Client's name or the Schedule Marker name or the Workorder Item Status will have an & symbol.

This will be resolved in a maintenance update for MBI 6.

At this time, do not use an & symbol in the Client's name or the Schedule Marker name or the Workorder Item Status if using MBI

Note issue does not occur with Internet Explorer IE8
