Please identify when this occurs, is this with imported AyaNova CE data, what configuration this is, what is done prior to this occurring, etc - data you can provide would allow us to better provide support.

An AyaNova user was created and set as the type Schedulable User.

This AyaNova user was scheduled for one or more service workorders.

Than this AyaNova user was set as another type - perhaps Non-Scheduleable User

Another AyaNova user was created or edited and set as type Schedulable User.

This other AyaNova user was scheduled for one or more service workorders.

If you now select the Schedule screen, the error will occur because there are AyaNova users scheduled on service workorders that are not of the type Scheduleable User.

The Schedule screen can only display information on schedulable users.

To not receive this error, perform either of the two:

1. Open all service workorders and ensure all scheduled users are set to the AyaNova user that is set as the type Scheduleable User.

2. Purchase additional AyaNova licenses for the number of users that have been scheduled on service workorders, apply the activation key, and than edit the users back to being of type Scheduleable User.
