If you have just installed AyaNova v3.1 from scratch, three additional sample locales are nowavailable - Deutsch (German), Español (Spanish) and Français (French) language locales
As outlined in the AyaNova v3 Manual, remember that once a user has a new locale assigned in their entry screen, they must have exited completely and logged back in before a new locale takes effect.
AyaNova v3.1 and higher no longer uses locale files created with the ayr extension.
AyaNova.v3.1 and higher now uses XML files making it easier for editing and transportation.
