This may be answered in the forum but could not find in search.
We need to track our employees certifications. In our field our techs expire every two years and they have to have a re-cert completed. Each tech may have to halve 30 certs or so. I thought you had something but cannot find.

Via the menu option in the User entry screen, is where you can set User Certifications for that user- see also (URL removed as for older version no longer supported - see the latest version of AyaNova)
User Certifications are used with Schedulable User Groups - so that you can define Schedule User Group you wish to view by what certification the user has - see also (URL removed as for older version no longer supported - see the latest version of AyaNova)
There is not presently a notification subscription to be notified when or before a user’s Certification expires, but I have putiton the list for development to look into as a future feature.
A possible suggestion is to create a Schedule Marker when the certification needs to be redone as a reminder.
