The grids are read-only in that they display the information within the entry screen for that grid.<P align=left>For example, if you wish to change the Service Date for a service workorder, you do so from within that service workorder’s entry screen, not the Service Workorders grid. <P align=left> <P align=left>Open the service workorder from the navigation grid:<P align=left><DIR><DIR><P align=left>From the Service navigation pane, select the Service Workorders grid, click on the field under the Workorder column that displays the service workorder number.<P align=left><P align=left>In the screenshot below we want to open service workorder number 59<P align=left><P align=left><P align=left>This results in the service workorder 59 opening where we can now edit the Service date.<P align=left></DIR></DIR><P align=left>You can also access entry screens for other objects even though you are not in “their” screen.<P align=left><P align=left>For example, even though you are not viewing the Clients grid, you can open the Ministry of Natural Resourses entry screen from the Service Workorders grid.<P align=left><P align=left> Open the client from the Service navigation grid:<P align=left><DIR><DIR><P align=left>While in the Service navigation pane, with the Service Workorders grid selected, click on the field under the Client column that displays the client’s company name.<P align=left><P align=left>In the screenshot below we want to open the client information for the client Ministry of Natural Resources<P align=left></DIR><DIR></DIR><DIR></DIR><DIR></DIR><DIR><P align=left><P align=left>This opens the client entry screen for the client Ministry of Natural Resources<P align=left></DIR></DIR>
