Error at Parts Inventory Screen

This is the error message we recieve whenever we try to access the Parts inventory from the Inventory grid. We’ve read previous posts and applied Quick Fix 3.1.7, but are still receiving same error. Do we need to install all previous Quick Fixes or do we install the latest version of AyaNova? Any help will be appreciated.

You are still running v3.1.1 as shown by the AyaNova version listed at the top of that window and by the data in the information you copied from that window

Please replace the files on all computers running the AyaNova v3 program as outlined in the instructions in the QuickFix to AyaNova v3.1.7

Also note that the Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1 service patch has not been applied as shown by the version number in your details

Once the service patch has been applied to every computer running the AyaNova program, including the server that hosts the networked AyaNova database, the version would show as

CLR version: 1.1.4322.2032

Thank you, Joyce! That solved it. We also made updates to Framework per your suggestion.

Please note that Microsoft.NET Framework 2 is now required for the latest release AyaNova v3.2.0 and any optional AyaNova v3 utilities
