Global Settings Error Message

“Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.”

The error appears when I save Global Settings in Administration.

I changed the Service Workorder Start number from 0 to 1 , click Save and error window appears.

Hi Angela

What is the last workorder number used in your AyaNova? Open Service navigation pane and sort by the Wororder column so that the highest number is listed first - tell me this workorder number.

You can not set the Service Workorder Start Number to less than that of the number of the last workorder. As I know that even the trial data had workorder numbers at least past 40, I know it is not possible for you to even had it presently set to 0 let alone 1 as the next starting number
